First shift (Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift)

Second Shift has a 10% differential (Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shift)

CNC Mill & Multi-Axis Lathe Machinists:

  • Programming and Set-Up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
  • Experience working with various materials including plastics.
  • Selection & troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures.
  • Development and documentation of reliable process.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Mazak experience, G-Code knowledge & Integrex experience a plus.

Inside Sales Represenative:

Inside sales representative will perform high-volume data entry as well as manage customer accounts for a contract machine shop. They will review, prepare and process quotes and sales orders.. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. This person must be very professional both verbally and through email exchanges. They must be able to work with various team members to problem solve. Other general duties would include general office duties such as answering phone, filing and general reception duties.

    Skills & Qualifications
  • With limited supervision and quality work ethic, functions as a member of a customer driven quality engineering team whose goal is to ensure that customer requests and product requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, and ability to develop teamwork among staff.
  • Must be diplomatic and possess good human interaction skills.
  • Ability to multi-task using the appropriate level of accuracy and priority setting.
  • Maintains adequate levels of performance and motivation despite job tasks that are routine, repetitive and / or non-stimulating.
  • Holds accountability for doing whatever is needed to meet the commitments made around project outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directives.

Deburr Technician:

Reliable individual needed that has good hand-eye coordination with experience deburring/finishing parts. Able to work under a microscope for extended periods on a daily basis, read and understand blueprints, identify different burr types, use inspection instruments such as gage pins thread gages, micrometer, etc.


Inside Sales Support:

Responsibilities include: Data Entry, General Office with answering phones and filing, Customer Service.

  • Reliable individual with two years office experience and good work ethic.
  • Strong attention to details, organizational and computer skills a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, with heavy emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Epicor or manufacturing software a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions. Manage priorities and workflow. Able to multi task.
  • Accuracy in written and verbal communications.
  • Proficiency in basic math calculations.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Job Type: Full-time Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00

ToolRoom Machinist/Precision Grinding Specialist:

This position will produce highly precise and quality parts in many different types of materials on state of the art equipment.

Requirements and Responsibilities include:
  • Develop / Set-up precision CNC and Manual equipment
  • Work to tight tolerances
  • Experience working with materials such as tool steels, ceramics, and composites
  • Ability to take projects from concept to production
  • Develop robust repeatable processes
  • CNC Grinding experience is helpful
  • Precision grinding experience
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Self-starter

Quality Inspector:

The QC Inspector performs dimensional inspections on high precision machined parts in accordance with customer and industry specifications.

  • Read & interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
  • Understand GD&T
  • Know and understand the use of inspection equipment (micrometers, bore gages and optical comparators, etc.)
  • Perform first piece, in-process and final inspections.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control is a plus.
  • Operating and/or programming Vision CMM (Automeasure Software by Nikon)
