CAD\CAM Specialist/ Methods Engineer:
This position will collaborate with the Engineering Manager, Production Manager and manufacturing personnel to provide CAD\CAM support to
manufacture complex 3, 4 and 5-7 axis components.
Requirements and Responsibilities include:
- Develop manufacturing methods\tooling\programs
- Documentation to route jobs thru a modern climate controlled manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are essential
- Previous CAD\CAM experience programming complex 3, 4 and 5-7axis components in all types of material
- Unigraphics and Mazatrol experience desired
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
- Computer data management and organization skills
CNC Mill and Multi-axis Lathe Machinists:
Looking for highly skilled machinists to Set-up\Program and\or Operate high precision CNC Mills\Lathes\Multi-axis machines to manufacture
complex precision parts.
Requirements and Responsibilities include:
- Set-up positions must be able to Program\Set-up CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
- Selection and troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures
- Document and develop a strong reliable process
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability and people skills to train in programming, setup and operation, including lean manufacturing principles
- Mazak experience essential. G-code knowledge a plus.
Quality Inspector:
The QC Inspector performs dimensional and/or functional inspection on high precision machined parts by using technical expertise and inspection instrumentation to verify conformance of parts to prints, process plans and specifications.
Requirements and Responsibilities include:
- Possess ability in reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints to understand Geometric Tolerancing.
- Know and understand the use of all inspection equipment including, but not limited to micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, height gages, bore gages, optical comparators, gage pins and gage blocks, surface finish testers, thread gages and CMM's (vision and touch probe).
- Performing first piece, in process and final inspections. Maintaining current documentation by completing all necessary paperwork (in process inspection reports, AS9102 first article reports, signing off on job travelers, etc.).
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills (not required):
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of statistics (SPC).
- Operating and/or programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's):
- Touch Probe - Virtual DMIS and/or PC-DMIS.
- Vision - Automeasure (Nikon).
Precision Deburr/Finishing Technician:
This position is for a precision deburr\finishing technician to perform high quality finishing of complex machined components.
Requirements and Responsibilities include:
- Experience with intricate deburr procedures, techniques and tools
- Experience on various materials
- Experience with tight tolerances & finish callouts
- Ability to work under a microscope
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under a microscope
- Ability to read blueprints is required
ToolRoom Machinist/Precision Grinding Specialist:
This position will produce highly precise and quality parts in many different types of materials on state of the art equipment.
Requirements and Responsibilities include:
- Develop / Set-up precision CNC and Manual equipment
- Ability to take projects from concept to production
- Develop robust repeatable processes
- Develop Inspection methods
- CNC Grinding experience is helpful
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Self-starter
