CAD\CAM Specialist/ Methods Engineer: This position will collaborate with the Engineering Manager, Production Manager and manufacturing personnel to provide CAD\CAM support to manufacture complex 3, 4 and 5-7 axis components. Develop manufacturing methods\tooling\programs and documentation to route jobs thru a modern climate controlled manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are essential to this position. The candidate must have previous CAD\CAM experience programming complex 3, 4 and 5-7axis components in all types of material. Unigraphics and Mazatrol experience desired. Applicant must be proficient with all Microsoft Office products as well as have computer data management and organization skills. Candidates must be able to contribute, be open-minded and excel as a member in a team environment. CNC Mill and Multi-axis Lathe Machinists: Looking for highly skilled machinists to Set-up\Program and\or Operate high precision CNC Mills\Lathes\Multi-axis machines to manufacture complex precision parts. Set-up positions must be able to Program\Set-up CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions. Selection and troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures as well. The ability to document and develop a strong reliable process is required. Strong computer and organizational skills are desired. Candidates must possess the ability and people skills to train fellow Team Members in programming, setup and operation, including lean manufacturing principles. Mazak experience essential. G-code knowledge a plus. Quality Engineer:This position will collaborate with the Engineering Manager, Production Manager and manufacturing personnel to develop functional and reliable inspection plans that impact the quality performance of the manufacturing facility. Thorough understanding of the following quality processes:
The candidate must have the ability to build and maintain infrastructure to proactively develop processes to improve quality performance and support manufacturing in a job shop atmosphere resulting in maximum production up-time. Act as a mentor, teacher and actively support continuous improvement processes. Experience with non-contact vision and touch probe CMM’s. Virtual DEMIS and Solid Modeling Software (Unigraphics) knowledge considered a plus. Use of computers and data management are essential. Candidates must be able to contribute, be open-minded and excel as a member in a team environment. Precision Deburr/Finishing Technician: This position is for a precision deburr\finishing technician to become part of a team dedicated to superior quality and attention to detail. Candidates should have experience with aerospace deburr procedures and be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Our Finishing department is clean and ergonomically designed with good lighting and ventilation with many scopes and tools available to perform high quality finishing of complex machined components. Attention to detail and the ability to contribute in a team environment is essential. |
