About Us

Our manufacturing facility now has a unique combination of over 55 highly efficient primary pieces of equipment. Included are eight machines with 5-axis capabilities, five machines with 7-axis capabilities, and a tool room with a full complement of equipment. Investment has been made and will continue to be made in the most precise metrology instrumentation available worldwide.

For EFI and ANT, the technology solution is a constant evolution, not only in the way parts are manufactured, but also with the capabilities to validate to the nanometer level and provide supporting documentation traceable to NIST. Additionally, we have developed the capability to micro-machine in ceramics as well as high-performance metals.

Technology and equipment alone did not build these companies. Over the years, we have had the privilege to work with a team of talented people who have been, and continue to be, the backbone of our success.

The EverFab Story

1980

Since 1980, EverFab has grown successfully from its humble beginnings in a 420 sq. ft. garage to a 45,000 sq. ft. Precision Manufacturing Center. Early parts were made from rubber and foam, and with the purchase of the first CNC equipment in 1983, the product base was expanded to include metals, plastics, and elastomers.

1984

In 1984, EverFab Company was incorporated, becoming EverFab. (EFI) and the Prince of Wales building on 4 acres of commercial property, located in the Town of Wales-East Aurora, New York, was purchased.

Since 1995

In 1995, EverFab set the cornerstone on yet another major expansion, now making the facility 27,500 sq. ft.

Mid 90’s

The mid-90s saw EverFab receive recognition from the business community. In 1996 they received the Business First KeyBank Small Business Award, and in 1998 they received the East Aurora Chamber of Commerce Large Business Award. In both cases, the criteria focused on growth and community involvement.

1999

In 1999, a second entity was established, Advanced Nozzle Technology (ANT). This company is a premier provider of precision end effectors and complex assemblies for the pick and place industry. ANT excels in the manufacture of miniature components that can be measured in microns and validated.

2000

In 2000, entering the New Millennium, EverFab / Advanced Nozzle Technology had over 30 CNCs and once again expanded their facility by an additional 17,500 sq. ft. to 45,000 sq. ft.

2005

In 2005, EverFab benchmarked 25 years of being in business.

2006

In 2006, NASA recognized Alan Everett and EverFab, by presenting him with a prestigious Group Achievement Award as part of the Space Shuttle Program Ascent Environments Test Team.

2015

In 2015, EverFab marked its 35 years in business with a celebration at the Buffalo Transportation/Pierce-Arrow Museum for its team and their families.

2019

In 2019, EverFab achieved another milestone when our Business Management System was certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D.

2020

In 2020, as COVID changed everything, EverFab adjusted how we worked but celebrated 40 years in business with a year of 40 things.

2025

August 2025 Everfab assets are acquired by Ventoux Industrial Holdings, beginning a new era of Aerospace and Defense manufacturing
