Dave brings over 25 years of engineering and manufacturing experience to Rand. As the Director of Engineering and Manufacturing, he is responsible for directing and managing the engineering and manufacturing teams and all the associated project activities here.
He provides technical guidance and oversees the engineering team in design, development, and production launch, ensuring sound engineering procedures, effective facility use, and maintaining organizational/industry standards.
