Jay Sollecito

We are pleased to announce that Jay Sollecito has joined Premier Advanced Manufacturing Group as Vice President, EverFab Operations, effective immediately.  Jay will lead EverFab and Advanced Nozzle Technology, located in East Aurora, NY, guiding these respected teams into an exciting next chapter. With a proud 45-year history of excellence, these companies have built reputations for precision, innovation, and dedication to customer success. Under Jay’s leadership, we will honor that legacy while charting a bold course for future growth and achievement.

Jay brings more than 25 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 17 years with Moog Inc., where he advanced from Process Development Leader to Director of Machine Shop Operations for the Aircraft Group. He has led multi-plant aerospace precision machining operations, driven large-scale performance improvements, implemented advanced manufacturing technologies, and built high-performing teams. His expertise spans Lean/Six Sigma implementation, production optimization, additive manufacturing, global supply chain processes, and complex aerospace program execution. Most recently, as Founder of Break Edge Consulting, Jay has helped manufacturers enhance operational stability and develop long-term growth strategies.
