First shift (Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift)

Second Shift has a 20% differential (Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shift)

Quality Inspector - Aerospace Manufacturing:

Basic Requirements:
  • Blue print reading 2 years required.
  • Experience with GD&T 2 years required
  • Experience with Aerospace manufacturing
  • First piece and in-process inspections
  • Working knowledge with various metals and plastics
  • Use of hand held tools, calipers, digital mics, etc.
  • Working under microscopes
  • CMM programming PCDMIS a plus

Deburr Technician:

Reliable individual needed that has good hand-eye coordination with experience deburring/finishing parts. Able to work under a microscope for extended periods on a daily basis, read and understand blueprints, identify different burr types, use inspection instruments such as gage pins thread gages, micrometer, etc.


Mill, Lathe and Multi-Axis Lathe Machinists:

  • Programming and Set-Up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
  • Experience working with various materials including plastics.
  • Selection & troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures.
  • Development and documentation of reliable process.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Mazak experience, G-Code knowledge & Integrex experience a plus.

ToolRoom Machinist/Precision Grinding Specialist:

This position will produce highly precise and quality parts in many different types of materials on state of the art equipment.

Requirements and Responsibilities include:
  • Develop / Set-up precision CNC and Manual equipment
  • Work to tight tolerances
  • Experience working with materials such as tool steels, ceramics, and composites
  • Ability to take projects from concept to production
  • Develop robust repeatable processes
  • CNC Grinding experience is helpful
  • Precision grinding experience
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Self-starter

  • Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.

  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
  • Follow company procedures and directives.
  • Test finished products for defects.
  • Maintain the tools used to create products.
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
